Sad to say, my huge opportunity didn't work out - sigh!  It was felt I couldn't produce enough coffee in the short time to meet the order - too bad...

Exciting news...

Whew... taking some well deserved rest after 2 rather crazy weeks.  Been talking to everyone and their brother to pull this together.  Thank you to several industry people who have helped me navigate thru the packaging/packing industry.  I have a HUGE opportunity to produce my coffees in single serve packets called "coffee shotz".


I will keep you posted with the results.  I should have a decision next week (hopefully) and perhaps you will see Coffee Queen Coffee on your shelves at your local grocery store soon!

Another day ... another cup of coffee

Who says you can't have it all.  The best part of the week is sitting on our deck on an early Saturday morning with the hubby, watching the deer, turkeys, and sand hill cranes moseying through our back yard and sipping our coffee.  After almost 30 years of marriage, we don't have to talk, we just sit in silence enjoying each other's company, knowing that all is well with the world.

Coffee Queen Coffee frappuccino (the fat free way!)

3 cups ice
1 cup skim milk
1 cup fat free ice cream or vanilla yogurt
6 tablespoons Coffee Queen Instant Coffee mix (or to taste)

Put all in a blender and mix for 1-2 minutes

Voila - coffee house frappuccino without the coffee house price!

Wow, the Coffee Queen and her minions sampled over 16 gallons of coffee to over 1200 attendees at the Calhoun Coffee fest.  Our booth was three deep almost all day.  Had lots of fun - wish you were there!
