Whew!  Just tied my facebook page, website and blog together - why does something so easy take so long???

Guess I need to get another cup of coffee... what should I drink???  Irish Cream, English Toffee - I know, I think it is a Raspberry Truffle time.   Hope all of you have a great Memorial day!

Coffee Nog for Christmas!

This sounds like a great way to use my Irish Cream or Amaretto gourmet instant coffee...

4 oz egg nog
4 oz prepared Coffee Queen gourmet instant coffee
whipped cream

blend egg not and instant coffee, top with whipped cream.  Serve hot or cold
